Is Mariah Carey Renting For Big Bucks Again in the Hamptons?

Multi-platinum recording artist Mariah Carey and her husband of four years, actor/musician/comedian Nick Cannon clearly have enough cash to splash out for a permanent place in the Hamptons, but the duo seem to be content with renting, for now. The Real Estalker is reporting that Carey and Cannon are rumored to be the new tenants at The Peninsula, a pricey private estate near Sag Harbor. The 1.9-acre property, which comes with a 7,500-square-foot, six-bedroom main house, was last listed for lease at $275K for the months of July and August.
