NYC Prowler: Million Dollar Listing New York Season 2 Premier Party

NYC PRowler stopped by Bravo TV’s Million Dollar Listing: New York Season 2 premier party at Marquee Nightclub on Wednesday night.  The event was hosted by the infectiously smug Ryan Serhant, and sponsored by Gilt City and Nest Seekers International.  The party hosted NYC’s elite real estate community- top agents, wealthy clients, socialites, and of course plenty of attractive women!

Ryan wore an all-white Calvin Klein suit- it’s his party after all.  If you can pull off a white suit, by all means go for it!  Marisa Zanuck from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and daughter-in-law to film producer Richard Zanuck stopped by, as well as Jason Robertsfrom ABC’s The Chew.

Do you want to be a successful real estate agent and/or media personality?  Take notes from Ryan Serhant- He greeted EVERY guest as they entered with a handshake, smile, a variation of “nice to see you”, and took photos with anyone who asked.  Since Season 1, he has gone from a lone realtor with one assistant to opening his own office with two assistants and a staff of 12.  In addition, he has signed with IMG Worldwide across the board for TV/Broadcasting, speaking engagements, endorsements and modeling.
