Soho House from "Sex and the City" episode for sale

A six-story story building at 33 Ninth Avenue, that was featured prominently in an episode of "Sex in the City," has hit the market, Crain's reported. The building is owned by 2935 Equities. Sources said that Jones Lang LaSalle's Capital Markets Group is marketing the property, which includes the Soho House private club. Even though a woman answering the phone at 2935 Equities told Crain's the building was not for sale, marketing materials have been circulating that highlight the building's location and note “in-place below market rents with both mid-term and long-term expirations provide stability and upside.”
