Eric is a long time New Yorker and after a life-long passion for real estate, he obtained his license in early 2003 and joined Nest Seekers in 2006. Since then, he has established a strong track record and has advanced to the position of vice president and senior associate. He also specializes in the relocation of Corporate Executives, and has helped many high profile international clients, CEOs, hedge fund managers, bankers, and top diplomats relocate their families. He prides himself in meeting their high standards with impeccable service, and in his comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the market.
Born in France, he moved to the US at the age of seven, so he is bi-cultural and multi-lingual. After attending a number of private international/ boarding schools alternately in France and the US, he attended Temple University School of Business in Philadelphia.. Prior to his career in real estate, he first worked and managed in the high-end service industry at NY's most renowned and premier venues such as La Cote Basque, Daniel, Aureole, and the Plaza Hotel, catering to celebrities and to an elite NY and international clientele.
Over the course of his Manhattan residency and his tenure as a real estate professional, he has witnessed the real estate boom that has transformed Manhattan into the luxury market it has become today and he has developed strong contacts with NY’s top landlords and developers.
Proficient in Manhattan’s high-end market, he is able to work with sellers, investors and first time buyers and has sold properties in the most desirable and trendy new luxury developments, such as the Caledonia on the Highline in West Chelsea, the Setai on Wall Street and The Edge in Williamsburg.
