Born in Cannes, Eric started living in the U.S. at the age of seven, and was raised alternately between Europe and the U.S. until he completed his secondary education, at the Lycee Francais here in New York city.

After attending the School of Business Administration at Temple University, and being a people person, he was naturally drawn to the service industry. He worked in and managed some of the most exclusive restaurants in New York, developing strong contacts with his high-profile and celebrity clientele. He learned to strive for perfection and the importance of excellence in service.

All the while, he was investing in real estate, which he realized was his true passion. His experience as an investor and landlord have given him a deep understanding of this business. Having lived in Manhattan consistently for the last 15 years, he has witnessed first hand the amazing transformation of this city and has a comprehensive and always current knowledge of this market.

Because he is multi-lingual, he often helps international clients relocate.
