Possessing big-city savvy and small-town personability, Nick brings a unique ability to connect with his clients, meeting and exceeding their goals aggressively but with finesse. Catering flawlessly to both the emotional and investment-driven client, his foresight of market forces has led to the acquisition of several distressed properties which he converted to income producing residential investment units.
