Philip has spent the majority of his career in the manufacturing sector and is
excited to blend the knowledge and experience he has gained in the business environment to the world of Real Estate.
Integrity, professionalism, and a strong attention to detail are a few traits that
best describe Philip. Having spent a good portion of his career as a business owner working closely with designers and engineers, he has learned to maintain focus on the customers needs while striving to produce an outstanding product at price point that benefits both the customer and the manufacturer. It is this experience and the ability to focus on the needs of his customer that guide Philip in his Real Estate endeavors.
In addition to his life in the manufacturing environment, he has enjoyed a great deal of success in the Livestock Industry. Having raised a number of horses that have gone on to successfully compete in the Dressage arena, he also has bred and trained some of the top selling and top money winning Llamas in the country. In addition to breeding Llamas and Horses, Philip enjoys a reputation as one of the top Llama judges in the country. Whether it is judging a small country fair or the Grand National with over 400 entries, Philip has learned to remain impartial and focused while sorting out the strengths and weaknesses of the competition. Philip has spent a number of years giving back to the industry having served as a Director and Treasurer to a number of Not for Profit organizations, as well as producing some to the country's top Llama sales and competitions.
Philip is dedicated to the needs of both buyers and sellers and is keenly aware of their goals and his responsibility to his client. Having grown up in the New York Metropolitan area living in Chelsea for the past 25 years, he is familiar with all things Manhattan. His experience in the manufacturing sector, evaluating strengths and weaknesses in his judging endeavors, and his experience producing world class products and events makes him uniquely qualified to address the needs of his client.
