Alex Dietrich is a real cosmopolitan who has lived in 5 countries. He is educated and has a strong background in hospitality/event-management and has managed teams in Heidelberg, Vienna, Barcelona, the United Kingdom and San Diego, where he worked for the Hilton Corporation. The passion behind his customer-oriented drive has evolved into a highly motivated, unique real-estate strategy. He loves art and architecture and speaks German, Spanish, and English. Currently he is networking internationally to expand his real-estate connections in Europe. Alex prefers to spend a large amount of quality time with his customers, rather than going for the "quick deal." Cementing friendships and maintaining positive relationships with his former customers is his top priority, and with him you will experience a sincerity and patience uncommon in this fast-paced city. Seeing satisfaction in his customers' faces is the most rewarding aspect of his job. He is enthusiastic about showing clients a quality product that will leave them speechless.

My  more than 20 years as a resident of Water Mill have accompanied the impressive transformation of the Hamptons.  Fueled by more wealth in more hands, the ever-growing popularity of the area and the desire to be part of one of the most popular vacation scenes in the world, the Hamptons offers so many opportunities for the buyer or renter to feel content and accomplished.

My previous career as an international financial consultant prepared me for working with clients having a sure understanding of what they want.  Real estate is a highlight in almost everyone's life, and I am experienced in working with these significant decisions. 

Born in New York, wife from Brazil, daughters with both passports, degrees in International Finance, working in several languages, I address the needs and concerns of clients from everywhere and certainly from our metropolitan area.  I am available to discuss every property in the Hamptons, from the small cottage to the mansion on the beach, whether for rent or for sale.

When Patricia was a girl her parents had a house built for the family and they monitored the process closely. She’s had a keen interest in homes ever since. “What a learning experience! I started going to Open Houses and reading the Sunday Times Real Estate section at the age of 11. Daily she pestered her parents with modified floor plans she created for the house! It’s no wonder she has gravitated to Nest Seekers.

Patricia first moved to Manhattan in 1973 and has tracked first hand the explosive growth in this most dynamic of markets. An educator in the international arena for a number of years, Patricia has experience in listening carefully so as to determine what your specific and individualized needs are.
