Monthly/Yearly running costs for Terraces
Condominium fee: €2000 per annum
Resort fee (use of the facilities i.e. pools, health club, etc.): €850 per annum – optional cost
Property Management contract: €3600 per annum approx. – optional cost
Utilities (gas, water, electricity): €2.500 approx. depends on consumption.
Property tax: €1.000 to €1.500 per annum approx.
Insurance: €250 per annum approx.

Monthly/yearly payments for Villas approximately €25.000 per annum

With the above residential options, you own the property fully all year round, you may or not rent, the choice is yours. If you decide to rent although not guaranteed The Luxury Collection will take 45% (rental operational costs included) and return to the owner 55% of which you pay your landlord costs.

Within the Terraces we can offer an option of a guaranteed gross return for 5 years, of either €48.000 per year for T2+1 or €60.000 per year for a T3+1. In both cases with NO owner usage, however still liable to pay your landlords costs and taxes.

If you go with this option the landlords cost you will be liable to pay are the condominium fee, resort fee, insurance and council tax (IMI).
