This is a beautiful villa, with access from a private road. Newly built pool of 8mx5m and 1.2m deep, with well-maintained gardens and two covered verandas. Sleeps 6 comfortably, and near to the town of Ostuni only a 5 minutes drive away. Also near to the Adventure Park in Ostuni. This villa is in a residential area, but not overlooked and is totally private. The advantage of this villa is its only about 3-5 minutes drive to Ostuni (The white city). Where you will enjoy the hussle and bussle of life in the 'real Italy'. Whilst sipping an aperitivo in the piazza, or enjoying the entertainment, with street artists performing in front of your eyes, and live music, which is diverse from Opera to Rock. Also near to the coastline where you will find many beaches, Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve blissfully free from development, with its rugged shores is a protected area, and allows its visitors to enjoy and escape from the over developed beach resorts. There is a private gated drive to the villa, with a covered pergola for the car. Beautiful gardens, and two more covered pergolas, where you can enjoy outdoor grills, and BBQ's. As you enter the villa, you will see a nice lounge with seating for 6, wall mounted TV. Through an archway you enter the kitchen, which is bespoke, with much space. The kitchen cupboards have been designed around the contours of the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, grill, oven (4 ringed gas burner) and fridge freezer. To the left of the fully fitted kitchen, there is a bathroom with shower, round sink bidet and toilet all fully tiled. The open plan kitchen has ample room to dine, and is also placed well to cook inside and to then eat on the veranda overlooking Olive trees and the beautifully landscaped gardens and newly built pool. There are three double bedrooms, which share two bathrooms. The bathrooms, both have showers, bidet, sinks and toilets. Outside there is a veranda and BBQ, which then leads to the beautiful swimming pool, which is totally private. There is a washroom not attached to the main house, where you will find the washing machine. There is also a storeroom, which is great for storing suitcases, and all things domestic. Beautiful detached villa, in private grounds, with well developed gardens, The pool has plenty of space to sunbathe and also a covered pegola in which to enjoy the shade, either reading your favourite book or drinking a glass of locally produced Puglian wine. There are water parks, and a zoo in Fasano. Plenty to do if you have young children. Ostuni boasts many restaurants with traditional Pugliese cuisine, with roast and grilled meat and tasty tangy pasta dishes to suit every pallate. Ostuni has also one of the oldest Franciscan convents dating back to 1304. The Cathedral is located on the highest point of the city, which was built between 1435 and 1495, and has a beautiful Gothic facade. Far away you will see the white town perched on a hill, crowned by the cathedral with its colorful dome. The town of Ostuni is surrounded by a medieval fortress wall, and as you meander through the streets, you may stumble upon hidden cafe bars and restaraunts. Definitely worth visiting at night, as there is a buzz of excitement, and people sipping coffee and drinking Spritz - it definitely has a cosmopolitan feel. Torre Guaceto is a nature reserve where there are plenty of opportunities to observe plant and animal species usually scarce in this part of the world. A mini shuttle service runs from the car parks, but to find your spot on the beach, there may be some walking involved. The sea is clear, clean and warm. There is a visitor centre 3km inland at Serranova which organises nature walks, cycle trekking. There are also guided snorkelling trips. Torre Guaceto is also one of Puglia's top locations for kite surfing. Lots to do and see in Puglia, plenty of attractions for all, including the children, or if you prefer to just relax and enjoy your time at the villa, and while away the hours relaxing by the pool, what better way is there to spend your holiday than at villa Ines.
