Recently built in a dominant position in the hilly Ostuni Countryside we have Villa Tea with it's 5000sqm of land which also includes olive groves. In fact the villas was built around a single Olive tree, which has been protected during the building of the villa. The villa offers a wonderful view of the two ancient masserieCarestia and Foragno and is within easy reach of Ostuni. The Villa is completely private, and sits within a beautifully lanscaped garden, which is secure and gated. This idyllic villa has a modern aspect, whilst still maintaining its charm and style; in-keeping with the local area. Architecturally designed, the villa promises pure individuality! There is a beautiful entrance which opens up into a square corridor, which has been designed around an ancient olive tree, which is surrounded on all four side by glass panelling. On this floor there are rooms around all four sides of the glass panelled Olive Tree. On this ground floor (elevated ground floor) there is a well-equipped and generously sized kitchen. An American style fridge, dishwasher, 5 ringed gas hob (with extractor fan) all the modern appliances you will need to make your stay as welcoming as possible. There is a bathroom, with shower and bidet, with washing machine. Along the corridor is a dining area with a spacious lounge with leather sofa and seating for 8. The open plan lounge is designed to stay cool in the heat of the mid-day sun. The Air Con is centralised at the first floor and throughout. The Lounge is spacious and well designed and boasts state of the art stereo surround sound system. There is also a DVD player and free internet access. A 40" wall mounted TV. There are patio doors which open up onto the veranda and another lounge area seating two, ideal for relaxing or reading your favourite book. Along the corridor you will find an oval shaped room with double bedroom, En-suite shower and beautiful wooden floors. The single bedroom is also en-suite, and would be suitable for a youchild. The master bedroom is spacious, En-suite with his and her sinks and a jacuzzi bath. There is also a walk in wardrobe. Wooden floors wall mounted TV. The rooms are all heated: central heating, gas heating, thermal chimney, solar panels; Air Conditioning. (Heating only needed during the winter months). A stainless steel banister leads to the lower living area which also has a separate entrance. The lower level has a further 2 double bedrooms one with a white wrought iron bed with fitted wardrobes plus airconditioning. There is also a double shower room. The other bedroom is a double with a bathroom along the corridor, there is also a utility room. You will also find a living room with a sofa that seats 2, a desk, some fitness equipment and another small living area with sofa. Also a small kitchen area, with 4 ringed hob, oven and sink. This part of the villa has its own entrance and would be ideal for teenagers who like their own space. Villa Tea has two living areas, which would be ideal for a large family or a group of friends who want to spend their holidays in a superior quality villa. The garage (with remote control) measures approximately 60 square meters. Plenty of room to house two/three cars. There is a BBQ and a good sized swimming pool which measures 15m x 8m, depth 1.5m - 3m. The circular patio outside is ideal for lounging and relaxing. There is also a BBQ and comfortable seating for 10, along with a table and chairs.
