This tourist project is the result of the restoration of a Convent built by the Order of São Paulo. Its chapel was extensively restored in the 18th century and the tiles of the chancel are from this period. In 1834, the Convent became private property, but retained its most illustrious features.
Maintaining the most striking lines of what it once was, it is currently being restored and will be transformed into a 5* Hotel and Tourist Apartments.

The Hotel, sets in a farm with a total area of 14 hectares, will, at this stage of the project's launch, contain 95 rooms and will accept a maximum of 82 investors. Each one of them will acquire, at least, 1/95 part of the Hotel. This second type of investment "Buy Back" consists of delivering the sum of 280.000 € for a period of 6 years to ensure that you obtain the Golden Visa, after which you will receive the same amount back.


In parallel, 54 units make up the offer of tourist flats in this launching phase. With the acquisition of one of these units, investors will enjoy a share in the income from planting 7 hectares of vineyards, olive trees and cork oaks.
The development will comprise a total of 299 rooms, for up to 460 investors. There will be a total of 258 tourist flats for sale.

By purchasing a unit, you gain the right to enjoy 7 days of annual courtesy stay. The maintenance of the flats are free during the first 6 years.
After 6 years, the hotel management company guarantees the repurchase of the acquired unit, with 100% Capital Protection.

Investors are guaranteed a return on their investment from day 1 of the hotel's opening - 18% over 6 years, i.e. YIELD 2% per year for 6 years. You can choose to receive the yield in advance - 12% UPFRONT.
At the end of 6 years, you can also decide to hand over the unit for operation of the Hotel, starting from the 7th year. In this case, a YIELD of 2% is guaranteed-

Each investor will also have the opportunity to be part of a plantation process that will help being more sustainable. Investors will enjoy the benefits of the plantation's produce on an annual basis:

- They will obtain an annual income from production of up to €3,000;
- 4 Bottles of wine with personalised labels to each investor annually;
- The annual target is to produce 78,000 bottles on 7 hectares.

- Tasting, where you are welcome to taste all the wine produced here with the right gastronomic combination;
- simulated visit to the vinification process, where you will witness through interactive sessions with the viticulturists, the live experience of producing wine;
- And you will be able to make a wine with the combinations you like the most.
