The estate is surrounded by 15 acres of land; in which you can find olive groves, vineyards, fruit trees, vegtable gardens and also truffles.
The estate underwent restoration in the 70's; preserving the original historical features. Inside the monastery you can find frescos, vaulted ceilings, arches, loggias, and gardens. It will need some restoration, and all the documents and architects are in place, ready to be adapted to the new owners needs.
