The sumptuous villa has 7 Luxury Suites on 4 levels each furnished with its own personality, private bathroom and exclusive terrace or veranda, for a total of 14 standard beds and another 4 beds can be added on request. Villa Lena has swimming pool with solarium, SPA, massage room and gym, masonry barbecue with fireplace and oven, air conditioning in every room, safe in all rooms, internet wi-fi, washing machine and dishwasher, 2 whirlpools in the suites, fireplaces, heating, TV in every room, billiard room and tavern. The large fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden and large living rooms with large windows to fully enjoy every space of the villa and to directly admire the garden, the characteristic pine forest and the pool area. The living room retains original and historical elements such as: panelling, precious silk tapestries, open marble floors, the majestic marble fireplace, chandeliers and wall sconces in glass and brass and bespoke carpentry. The living room is divided into a dining area, a relaxation area with sofas and armchairs around the fireplace and a lounge-bar area. The interiors of Villa Lena are precious, characterized by polychrome marble and wood inlaid by master cabinetmakers. Maximum comfort and total privacy thanks to the complete fence and a video surveillance system throughout the house.The veranda in front of the living room is a covered outdoor area furnished with iron table and chairs, sofas, armchairs and tables where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation in the company. Always on the same floor is one Suite with a fabulous fireplace inside. The first floor and the second, accessible via the stairs covered entirely with wood or by a comfortable elevator, host the other suites, all equipped with every essential and extra comfort, to ensure the most comfortable and luxury stay possible. In the basement there are the SPA, the gym, the Spa area, the Hair Room, the billiard room and the Rustic Lounge.There is a large car park with several covered parking spaces.

La sontuosa villa dispone di 7 Suite di Lusso su 4 livelli ciascuna arredata con la propria personalità, bagno privato e terrazza o veranda esclusiva, per un totale di 14 posti letto standard e altri 4 posti letto possono essere aggiunti su richiesta. Villa Lena dispone di piscina con solarium, SPA, sala massaggi e palestra, barbecue in muratura con camino e forno, aria condizionata in ogni stanza, cassaforte in tutte le camere, internet wi-fi, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, 2 vasche idromassaggio nelle suite, caminetti, riscaldamento, TV in ogni stanza, sala biliardo e taverna. L'ampia cucina è completamente attrezzata con accesso diretto al giardino e ampi soggiorni con ampie finestre per godere appieno di ogni spazio della villa e per ammirare direttamente il giardino, la caratteristica pineta e la zona piscina. Il soggiorno conserva elementi originali e storici come: boiserie, preziosi arazzi di seta, pavimenti in marmo a vista, il maestoso camino in marmo, lampadari e applique in vetro e ottone e carpenteria su misura. Il soggiorno è diviso in una zona pranzo, una zona relax con divani e poltrone intorno al camino e una zona lounge-bar. Gli interni di Villa Lena sono preziosi, caratterizzati da marmi policromi e legno intarsiato da maestri ebanisti. Massimo comfort e totale privacy grazie alla recinzione completa e ad un sistema di videosorveglianza in tutta la casa. La veranda davanti al soggiorno è uno spazio esterno coperto, arredato con tavolo e sedie in ferro, divani, poltrone e tavoli dove trascorrere piacevoli momenti di relax in compagnia. Sempre sullo stesso piano si trova la suite con un favoloso camino all'interno. Il primo piano e il secondo piano, sono accessibili tramite le scale coperte interamente di legno o da un comodo ascensore, ospitano le altre suite, tutte dotate di ogni comfort essenziale ed extra, per garantire il soggiorno più confortevole e di lusso possibile. Nel seminterrato ci sono la SPA, la palestra, l'area Spa, la Hair Room, la sala biliardo e il Rustic Lounge. Infine è presente un ampio parcheggio con diversi posti auto coperti.
