This typical Tuscan farmhouse with fifteen hectares of land is located in the hilly area of the Maremma, 250 meters above sea level, in the municipality of Scansano.
Initially built in the 1950s, the owners renovated the farmhouse in the early 2000s. It consists of a ground floor with a living area with a fireplace, a large kitchen, an outdoor patio, a hallway leading to a bedroom, a bathroom, and a further large room now used as a storage room.

The area of Scansano is famous for the production of this particular type of red wine, Morellino di Scansano DOCG, a lively wine with an intense flavor and refined aromas. Morellino di Scansano DOCG is among the best-known Tuscan red wines and certainly the most typical of the Maremma. A wine born on the hills, where the Etruscans already cultivated, and with the scents of the sea to make it special. The Poggiopaoli wine company was included in the authoritative "Guida dei Vini Quattrocalici" for being one of the most important wineries in the province of Grosseto.

This is the right place for those who want to be winemakers, cultivating vineyards and producing excellent wine and extra virgin olive oil.
