Villa B is a refined six-bedroom estate built around a magical formal courtyard, ideally located within walking distance from the heart of The Estate. Overlooking the valleys of Umbria and Tuscany, with views that stretch toward two historic castles, this exceptional property offers intimacy, comfort, and luxury in perfect harmony.

Whether dining under wisteria-covered terraces, soaking in the custom travertine spa bath, or enjoying 360° views from the rose-covered gazebo, guests are immersed in the natural beauty and architectural grace of the region.

The Property

The estate is composed of a Main House, a large Guest Cottage, and expansive gardens, accommodating up to 18 guests in thoughtfully designed interiors.

• Main House: Features an arched double cube sitting room with fireplace, a large chef's kitchen with breakfast area, and six bedrooms—each with an en-suite or shared bathroom. The master suite includes a private study with twin divans, a sitting room, and direct access to the courtyard.

• Guest Cottage — Barcolino: A self-contained open-plan residence with a kitchenette, dining area, en-suite bedroom, and mezzanine dormitory with 6 single beds. Surrounded by lavender and boxwood, it includes a loggia and private terrace.
