The Log cottage has slept as many as 12, with bunkbeds in the Loft and todays pantry. Today there are 2 bedrooms and the availability to sleep more is still here. The focus of the living room is a classic wood burning Muskoka Stone Fireplace making Spring and Fall evenings warm and cozy. During the day and hot evenings the large screened-in Muskoka Room is a favorite for the entire family. Children vie for the chance to sleep in the Loft, climbing up a ladder and then spying on Mom and Dad from above the living room. When the lake is too cool the bathroom has a hot shower. The laundry is located in the Laundry house and work shop behind the cottage. The two most costly replacements have been made by the owners. The Roof is now a steel roof and the septic bed has been replaced 3 years ago. Look at the improvement List provided by the owners. Parking and docking is currently with Denne's Marina and Rockhaven Inn also has parking and docking available - both are just 3-4 minutes from the cottage. Kahshe is 90 minutes from Hwy 400 & 401 and 10 minutes from Gravenhurst's shopping, Opera House, YMCA, Muskoka Wharf, Gull Lake Park and more... Sail around Kahshe Lakes many islands, bays and inlets in the Pontoon boat or kayaks included with your cottage purchase.
