This villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across two levels, hosting up to 10 guests (8 guests in bedrooms + 2 guests on extra beds added to the 2 master bedrooms or the living area).•

Ground Floor: Here, guests are welcomed to an open-concept space featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen—complete with an oven, microwave, and a washer-dryer machine. Adjacently placed is a cozy bedroom fitted with two single beds and a common bathroom.•

First Floor: Ascend to the first floor and be mesmerized by the master bedroom. It not only offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom but also surprises with an adjacent living nook showcasing a captivating glass floor above the pool.

Flanking the master bedroom are two additional double bedrooms, with a common bathroom and a private balcony, offering a panoramic view of the Agioi Apostoloi .

m the afternoon to sunset, the ground-floor areas and the bedrooms are dressed in shades of orange and purple. During the evening, the visitor will experience the aspects of an illuminated transparent building. The materiality of the building is determined by a composition of white tones, Egyptian and Greek marble, and granite floors.

The result is a long-lasting luxury texture that stimulates the inhabitant to visually explore every spatial aspect of the villa.
