Walking along an avenue of cypresses, through a beautiful hilly landscape characteristic of the lower Val D’Arbia, you reach this ancient property consisting of the main villa and other buildings that form a small village. The first memory seems to date back to 1246 in a deed of sale of a land.

The property is a building dating back to the 1700s with particular valuable architectural features and was the main villa of the entire village. It has an area of ​​approximately 600sqm, plus the annexed shed and stable of approximately 300sqm.

The surrounding land extends over 1 hectare and is mainly used as a park. Over the years some restoration interventions have been made, such as the reconstruction of the roof and consolidation of the perimeter walls.
