Rather than purchasing a predetermined house design, owners have the flexibility to create a residence suited to their own requirements. Construction is governed by The Beach Club’s Design Control Rules, with owners able to appoint their architect of choice and select from an approved contractor list. Life at The Beach Club

At the heart of the community is Nobu Beach Inn, bringing Nobu’s internationally recognised hospitality into everyday island life. The wider Beach Club experience combines world-class cuisine, including Nobu Barbuda, with wellness, recreation and experiences centred around the sea and the natural environment.

Planned amenities at Nobu Beach Inn include a spa with garden pavilions, an oceanfront swimming pool, outdoor cinema, tennis, padel and pickleball courts, together with water sports including sailing, kite surfing, wake surfing and scuba diving.
