Stylish and eco-friendly resort villas in Italy!

Tucked in between the world famous Tuscany, the authentic Lazio, and the beautiful region of Umbria, you will find the exclusive boutique resort of Le Ville di Trevinano bordering the Etruscan village of Trevinano. The property offers the perfect solution for those modern-day travelers who have been searching for the ideal vacation home in Italy. Le Ville di Trevinano is your home away from home in the idyllic Italian countryside plus the luxury of never having to worry about maintaining it when you’re away.

Le Ville di Trevinano is designed as a minimalistic earth-sheltered build. This contrast to the typical Italian style building makes it utterly unique.

Although luxury comes with a price, nature shouldn‘t have to pay for it. Le Ville di Trevinano is designed with respect for nature and complements it instead of invading it.

Bordering the lovely provinces of Tuscany, Lazio, and Umbria, you’re just a short distance away from the most beautiful cities and towns that Italy has to offer.

The best of both worlds rolled into one hospitality concept. The luxury of your own self-serviced villa plus access to an array of five-star hotel services.

The living space and bedroom interiors are stylish yet comfortable and create an appealing and warm setting that draws the visitor to sit and rest awhile.

Due to the clever promotional strategy and top-notch services, upscale visitors will easily find their way to the resort. This will result in high occupancy rates and ROI.

Our design team started on this project with a nearly impossible task: design something modern and sustainable that will pass the stringent building regulations of the Italian countryside. In cooperation with the local authorities, we’ve made the perfect combination of authenticity and modernity, as well as being sustainable and luxurious. The modern yet warm designs create something unique, something unheard of, something travelers are looking for nowadays.

Le Ville di Trevinano is a place that helps you unwind and enjoy the Italian culture to its fullest. Imagine waking up to the sunrise above lovely vineyards, making an espresso while looking out at the rolling Tuscan hills and enjoying breakfast out on the sunny terrace. Being surrounded by authentic Italy while enjoying the comfort of a stylish villa is a scenario you can now experience whenever you want, exclusively at Le Ville di Trevinano.

The villas are thoughtfully arranged, meticulously furnished, and create an environment unlike any other. It is a place where tactile materials, distinctive craftsmanship, and progressive design all come into play. All the necessities and more are available – all you‘ll have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy your comfortable villa, the beautiful resort, and all that is Italy.

The exterior design is contemporary without an excessive decorative style. Floor-to-ceiling windows, framed in traditional Tuscan stone, allow for sweeping views of the landscape. Bathed in natural light and warmth, the green roofs ensure the internal climate keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The private patios, complete with a half-covered sitting area, mini pool and lounge chairs, act as an extension of the living room. To complete the total experience, the surrounding gardens are landscaped with native Tuscan plants, shrubs, and Cyprus trees.

The interiors of the villas are fully furnished with an eye for quality and luxury. Built as a one-story level home, the entire space is finished in power floated concrete floors, fitted with spotlighting, and decorated with modern art.

Living Room
A large and welcoming L-shaped couch, lounge chair, and designer coffee table fill up the living space in each villa. An HD television, quality audio system, and beautiful Tuscan indoor plant add to the comfort and vibe of the room. The amazing view from the living area of the Tuscan landscape provides the finishing touch.

The kitchens include a kitchen island, modern island hood, and custom designed cabinetry. They are equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and finishes while the cabinets are fully stocked with everything from plates to table linen.

The en suite bathrooms are finished with top-of-the-line fixtures and fitted with a rain-shower, separate bathtub and double sink vanity, and private floating toilet and bidet. Other luxuries include a steam free mirror, magnifying mirror, ample lighting, towels, washcloths and bathmats.

Each spacious bedroom has a large bed of 180 x 200 made up with high thread count cotton sheets and comfortable pillows. The abundant closet space is suitable for hanging and stacking clothes and the cozy sitting area faces the stunning view from the large windows. Extra luxuries include blackout curtains and a full-length mirror.

Just a short walk away from the town, on a peaceful stretch of land lies the Le Ville di Trevinano resort. Trevinano, a quaint Etruscan village forgotten by time is perched on a hill and surrounds a beautiful medieval castle. Located in the three corners of the most stunning provinces of Italy, Trevinano lies at the tip of Lazio, bordering Tuscany and Umbria. Although petite in size, the village is home to a Michelin-star restaurant which also benefits from its neighbor village San Casciano dei Bagni, known for its luxurious spa facilities and high-end clientele whom reside there. From Trevinano, you can watch the sunset behind the lovely Monte Amiata or gaze at the panoramic views of Radicofani and the Val d’Orcia.

Surrounding Trevinano is the Natural Reserve of Monte Rufeno where wild boar, deer, porcupines, foxes, and many other protected species inhabit the area. Wander the city of Siena, drink a glass of wine in Montepulciano, visit the Etruscan cities Orvieto and Viterbo or take a swim at the Bolsena lake, Trevinano is close to it all. Notwithstanding its touristic surroundings, Trevinano still remains a peaceful place to rest and enjoy all the wonders of Italy.

Eco-friendliness goes without saying, so the villas of Le Ville di Trevinano are designed with not only a keen eye for luxury and style, but with the heart of an environmentalist. It’s not just about preserving rainwater or collecting energy from the sun, it’s about respecting nature and complementing it instead of invading it.

By combining cutting-edge design with nature, Le Ville di Trevinano is proud to be one of the elite and sustainable resorts in Italy. The choice for an earth-sheltered build breaks barriers in modern day Italian architecture, but it has actually been around since humans started building homes. By using the ground as an insulating blanket, it effectively protects the villa from the elements and temperature extremes. This style of building is energy-efficient, quiet, freeze-proof, and low maintenance. Now Le Ville di Trevinano is using this method to build your vacation home.
