This  29 story, glass and limestone tower is just a few blocks from Times Square, the Fashion District, Hudson River Park and Chelsea nightlife. It is also the best priced property in that area, by far.

The sophisticated lobby entrance features a cascading waterfall, limestone walls with smooth stone flooring. The apartments are spacious - the convertible 3 bedrooms are one of my favorite layout in the building.
