About the Role

As a Sales Agent, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, market expert, and brand ambassador. This is role is perfect for agents who want to align with a forward-thinking brand and transact in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct showings and private tours for buyers, sellers, renters, and investors
  • Build a personal pipeline while contributing to the collective success of the team
  • Prospect new business through referrals, social platforms, events, and strategic outreach
  • Manage all stages of the sales process — from lead qualification to deal close
  • Collaborate with in-house marketing, leadership, and global partners to create bespoke client experiences
  • Prepare offers, facilitate negotiations, and coordinate transaction logistics
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and manage client communication efficiently

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven real estate sales or leasing experience
  • Active Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license
  • Self-starter with strong time management and follow-up skills
  • Passion for luxury real estate, architecture, and client service
  • Tech-savvy: CRM experience and basic Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high standard of professionalism
