Robert began his career in the Hamptons' residential Luxury real estate market many years ago, developing a comprehensive knowledge of the local markets. Robert subsequently added commercial real estate expertise to his skill set, developing and selling both high end residential and commercial property on both the South and North Forks. This has allowed Robert to build a large and diverse clientele base. Today, Robert represents both buyers and sellers on the east end and more specifically in the Towns of Southampton and East Hampton full time. Robert is passionate, dedicated and extremely focused on all his clients needs. He is well known for being a tough but fair negotiator, and for his attention to detail on each transaction from the start through closing.

Robert spent his childhood summers playing on the Hamptons beaches. Robert loves swimming, sailing, tennis and surfing.

Robert is a member of HANFRA (Hamptons North Fork Association of Realtors), LIBOR (Long Island Board of Realtors), and NAR (National Association of Realtors) and AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America)

Phoebe Yglesias embodies the American dream with the grit and determination to match. Originally from the Philippines, she and her family immigrated to the United States when she was just a teenager.

Determined not to let any opportunity pass her by, she soon received a taste of the corporate world at AT&T Long Lines in San Francisco, CA. Honing her business and people skills soon made Phoebe realize that she had more to offer than the 9 to 5 position at AT&T could provide. Furthermore, her passion to help and be a positive force in other people's lives made her decision to enter the world of insurance an easy one.

Within a short period of time she became one of the top producers in her field owing largely to the dedication she showed her clients and her client's trust in her. Repeat business and referrals kept Phoebe at the top of her game. Along the way, Phoebe also became a Securities broker with a Series 6 and 26 licenses, which allowed her to sell, supervise and manage those who sold mutual funds, fixed and variable annuities.

With 29 years of experience under her belt in the health and life insurance industry as an independent broker appointed with over 35 companies, Phoebe is now ready to spread her wings and apply her passion to the real estate market. Her business acumen, compassion and integrity make her a perfect fit for this competitive field.
