Beverly Hills is one third of the Platinum Triangle, considered by many to be the most affluent section of Los Angeles. Glamorous Rodeo Drive, fine dining, and some of the city’s most expensive homes attracts millions of tourist each year. The flats is composed of homes North of Santa Monica Boulevard, South of Sunset Boulevard, East of Doheny Drive, and West of Wilshire Boulevard—centrally located and lined with picturesque palm trees and one-of-a-kind mansions.
