Andy Kim also specialized in new development sales, connecting Korean buyers with luxury condominium opportunities across the United States. With a deep understanding of Korean culture and buyer psychology, he effectively manages expectations and turns interest into successful transactions. He has also created and led private seminars in Korea, providing foreign buyers with clear guidance to ensure smooth, well-structured transactions.
