Nafi Hasan
Nafi Hasan is a New York City real estate professional with a unique blend of finance, mortgage expertise, and product leadership experience. Originally born in Reno, Nevada and raised in Dhaka, Bangladesh, he brings a global perspective and analytical approach to navigating New York’s competitive real estate market.
He earned his degree in Finance and Economics from George Mason University and began his career in the mortgage industry, developing a comprehensive understanding of the lending process. From processing and closing to becoming a certified residential underwriter, Nafi gained hands-on experience across every stage of a real estate transaction, building a strong foundation in deal structuring and execution.
He later transitioned into the technology and financial services space, advancing into a Director of Product Management role at FINRA. There, he led complex initiatives, drove strategic decision-making, and developed a reputation for delivering results through data-driven insights and strong stakeholder collaboration. His ability to analyze market conditions and align strategy with client goals allows him to guide clients with clarity and confidence in a fast-moving environment.
Since relocating to New York City in 2025, Nafi has focused on helping clients navigate both rental and sales opportunities with transparency, responsiveness, and attention to detail. As a member of the Bethoney Shen Team at Nest Seekers International, he is part of one of New York City’s top-ranked real estate teams, providing clients with access to extensive market knowledge and a strong professional network.
Fluent in English and Bengali, and proficient in Hindi and Urdu, Nafi connects with a diverse range of clients across New York City. He is particularly passionate about working with first-time renters, young professionals, and individuals relocating to NYC, helping them make informed and confident decisions.
Outside of real estate, Nafi enjoys exploring New York’s food scene, staying active, and has a lifelong passion for sports, having played soccer competitively through college while remaining an avid basketball and football fan.
