I worked with Gilbert Lecoze as he opened “Le Bernardin”in 1986 a 4 stars New York Times restaurant . Bouley Restaurant with David Bouley in 1988, Montrachet with Drew Nieporent in 1989, La Cote Basque 1990, Mondrian with Tom Colicchio n 1991, The Palm restaurant in 1992-96. From reservations, front and back of the house positions including,waiter, Sommelier, Captain, Maitre D and Proprietor.
In 1987 I became a full fledge real estate agent at the suggestion of Allan Schneider. It complemented my operation with Overseas Connection d.b.a. villasoftheworld.com . I have been involved with local property rentals and sales ever since! Motels, Hotels, Land and restaurants sales have been my specialty as well as International Vacation Villas Brokerage.

Team leader and profit driven who began working in the Hospitality Industry since 1979 in Paris France.
I did my apprenticeship at the restaurant “La Maree” in Paris France a 3 stars Michelin establishment.
I am professionally trained in France with all aspects of service in the dining room.
