Alice has been immersed in the real estate industry throughout her life helping manage and overlook family properties. She has experience in sales, rentals, commercial properties and new development condos. She began her real estate career at Douglas Elliman and her first listing was a $15.5M building on the waterfront of Long Island City. Alice joined Douglas Elliman on a team that focused on new development condos. Now, at NestSeekers, Alice is a skilled negotiator and is often praised for her ability to bridge deals. She is competitive and is able to command higher prices, driving up value for her clients' properties. Alice is also very attentive to her clients and customers.
When Alice is not running around to buildings, she is at pilates or with her friends discovering amazing food spots and cooking meals at home. She has fond memories of helping her mother cook which inspired her to attend The French Culinary Institute in NYC. Alice loves to bake bread and pastries.
Alice's grandfather migrated as a Korean doctor to America. She comes from a family of doctors and real estate investors. Alice’s family once owned land in Korea’s now infamous Gangnam District. With all her family now immigrated to America, her roots are firmly planted in NYC. Alice was born in Queens and having lived in most of the boroughs throughout her life, she has seen the progression and changes over the years of NYC’s most prominent areas.
