Amanda Werner
Amanda Werner serves as Manager of New Development Operations at The Masters Division and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson who supports the operational infrastructure behind the team’s residential development portfolio.
In her role, Amanda is responsible for coordinating many of the reporting, tracking, and listing management systems that support the team’s new development projects. She works closely with agents, marketing teams, and development partners to maintain accurate project data, monitor sales and leasing activity, and ensure that listing information and reporting remain organized and up to date across multiple platforms.
Amanda plays an important role in managing the operational details that support the team’s development assignments. Her work includes overseeing inventory tracking, maintaining listing databases, coordinating internal reporting, and supporting the flow of information between developers, sales teams, and marketing partners. She also coordinates contracts with attorneys and oversees transaction progress from accepted offer through contract execution and closing, helping ensure that deals move efficiently through each stage of the process.
By maintaining accurate data, organized reporting structures, and clear communication between all parties involved, she helps ensure that projects remain aligned with both sales strategy and developer expectations.
Through her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Amanda contributes to the smooth execution of development, sales, and marketing initiatives across The Masters Division platform. Her ability to manage complex project information, coordinate with attorneys and brokers, and support multiple teams simultaneously makes her an important part of the operational foundation behind the team’s development advisory work.
Originally from Westfield, New Jersey, Amanda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Professional Selling and Sales Management from the University of Delaware, providing her with a strong foundation in business strategy, sales operations, and client relationship management.
