Benjamin Chatelier

My academic path has combined both commercial training and studies in the sports field, with a specialization in swimming.

Passionate about swimming from an early age, I chose to turn this passion into my first profession. I joined the Ritz Paris as a lifeguard, where I spent several years working in a demanding luxury environment. This experience proved highly formative: beyond my operational role, I developed strong organizational skills through staff scheduling and temporary recruitment management, while refining my client service approach with a discerning international clientele. This exposure instilled in me a deep sense of discipline, excellence, and attention to detail.

Seeking to broaden my horizons, I then undertook a gap year in Australia. This experience strengthened my adaptability, independence, and English proficiency, while allowing me to explore different professional environments and develop new interests.

Today, I am returning to France with strong motivation and a clear ambition: to build a new professional path where I can leverage my experience, interpersonal skills, and service-oriented mindset in a dynamic and demanding environment.
