Blake Korman brings nearly a decade of New York City real estate experience to South Florida's luxury market. Having made the move himself — drawn by the same combination of lifestyle, opportunity, and long-term value that relocates so many New Yorkers south — Blake understands his clients not just professionally, but personally. That connection is at the core of everything he does.
Blake's career was shaped by years of working alongside developers, institutional owners, and discerning buyers and sellers in Manhattan's most competitive environments. His background in finance and global business development — including time spent building institutional partnerships internationally in Tel Aviv — gives him a fluency in how sophisticated, globally minded clients think about real estate as both a lifestyle decision and a long-term investment. In a market where buyers arrive from New York, Latin America, Europe, and beyond, that perspective is invaluable.
Now part of Shawn Elliott's team at Nest Seekers International, Blake serves clients across South Florida's luxury and new development landscape — from Sunny Isles and Bal Harbour to Miami, Palm Beach, and beyond. He approaches every relationship the same way: by listening first, asking the right questions, and delivering honest guidance built on trust rather than pressure.
Originally from Long Island, New York, with family roots that now extend to Palm Beach, Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business and is licensed in both New York and Florida.
