Brad E. Schrager, Esq.
Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker
505 Park Ave, New York, NY 10022

Brad has parlayed his career in Finance along with being a lawyer admitted to the 1st Department New York to lay the groundwork for his career in real estate; Manhattan real estate in particular.

Once Brad graduated from Boston University School of Management, he attended St. John's University School of Law. After working in Investment Banking and then as a mean-reversion stock trader, Brad decided to take the next step and start his own business; Metropolitan Rare Coin & Bullion. There are a multitude of similarities between the bullion space and real estate; particularly one's use of a percentage of disposable income to invest in a non-bubbled hard asset commodity.

Brad has always had a keen sense of what his clients are looking for and leaves no stone unturned. Having said that, his vast knowledge of Manhattan real estate isn't only a result of the dedication to his craft; he has, by choice, lived in 7 apartments across various neighborhoods of Manhattan partly due to his efforts to be as honest and understanding regarding his clients and their needs. One can imagine how hard it would be to recommend a client's next home to them while having had no experience themselves living in that neighborhood.

Any questions Brad's clients have ever had, if he doesn't know the answer, you can be sure he will research it and spend countless hours until he does. He is here for all of his clients 24 hours a day; real estate never sleeps.
