Brandon brings a unique, behind-the-scenes perspective to real estate, shaped by years of hands-on experience managing some of New York City’s luxury residential buildings. With a strong foundation in building operations, construction, and resident relations, he offers clients a deeper understanding of property quality, long-term value, and what defines a well-run asset.

He began his career in 2019 with Jili Property Management, starting as a concierge at 41 Bond. Through a strong work ethic and attention to detail, Brandon quickly advanced to Head Concierge at 532 West 20th Street before being promoted to Resident Manager. In this role, he oversaw daily operations, including all major building systems and mechanicals such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, along with staff management, vendor coordination, and resident relations ensuring a seamless, high-end living experience.

Brandon was later selected to manage the luxury condominium at 100 Vandam Street in Hudson Square, one of Manhattan’s premier buildings known for achieving some of the highest recorded rents in the city, while also overseeing 62 Wooster Street. Working closely with high-net-worth individuals, board members, and developers, he built a reputation for discretion, responsiveness, and white-glove service.

He takes pride in understanding every layer of how buildings operate, allowing him to guide clients with insight that goes beyond the typical sales approach.
