I have broad and well honed experiences in cultivating commercial relations across media, elite sport & technology that allow me to serve the needs of my discerning clients from various markets. My rewarding career has encompassed the following:

• IT Marketing Manager - part of the founding team of a £3billion tech company, SoftCat PLC. I was also Editor of the Original Catalogue (Software Catalogue that we then called SoftCat in '95). This Catalogue was used to first launched the company and I was personally responsible for bringing in SoftCat's first £1million in advertising revenue,
• Luxury Brand development experience through setting up my eponymous lifestyle brand CS LondonTM. Successfully launched it into TK Maxx and HomeSense across UK and Europe.
• 18 year career as the main TV Presenter on QVC - the number one shopping channel. Designed my own gold ring 'Claudia's Ring' that was the most successful item on Gold Day and became the catalyst that helped me to set up my own jewellery line. Still involved with Home Shopping both in UK and Australia for various product lines and launches.
• Senior headhunter for Microsoft, Apple, Intel and Symantec during the early stages of their UK expansions. Part of the team for launches such as Windows 3.1 in April of 1992 (headhunted from Oracle for the MS Dos experience) run then by UK MD David Svendson, recruiting the first UK sales and marketing teams, Involved in the development of departments as early as when Symantec was known as European Software Publishing (ESP) run by Michael Skok.

All these roles over the past 30 years have provided me with a strong and well developed and active network and a broad skill set to locate, negotiate & service the most complex of my clients acquisitions.

"Through my sports partnerships company, I also enjoy facilitating at board level, the introduction of leading sports brands to lucrative commercial opportunities including premier league preseasons, multi million pound brand deals and orchestrating the introduction of ultra luxury real estate developments to sports consortiums. I have negotiated contracts with the Chairman and COO of Tottenham Hotspur (now at Chelsea FC), the CCO of AS Roma (Now at Spurs) and I'm currently working on an exclusive mandate with two European Champions League teams for the 24/25 season".

Through all these experiences the force that drives me is my family. With four beautiful and grown up children and a Psychologist husband of 32 years, it's this powerful force of nurturing a team around you that flourishes from love, respect, consistency and togetherness that I take into my business practice. I enjoy cultivating and harnessing genuine relationships that are filled with alignment and synergy. I work hard to deliver results for my clients by taking time to truly understand their needs and their desires and I carefully take the time to work out if we are the best partners to work together. I do not work with everyone who has a need in this business, I need to feel the mutual trust and energy with my clients. I focus on business opportunities that make sense and flow towards meaning and a greater purpose.

Claudia also has a passion for 'Island Living' and has strong connections across the Eastern Caribbean both as a property owner and as a frequent visitor across the whole EC region where Claudia has dual citizenship and family living across several islands.

More recently Claudia has gained knowledge of private island and luxury villa investments in the Maldives and Sri Lanka having secured an exclusive contract with a luxury developer and is now able to offer clients a strong portfolio of both residential and commercial real estate developments in these beautiful locations. This experience has also honed Claudia's knowledge of luxury branded residences which she has gained in-depth knowledge of and is an area she enjoys working in.
