Known for her discretion, strategic insight, and expansive international network, Claudia connects these private clients to rare opportunities in luxury trophy assets, island investments, branded residences and select commercial ventures.

Claudia’s long-standing relationships have led to exciting collaborations with Premier League clubs and European Champions League teams at board level. Her track record includes preseason partnerships, multi-million-pound brand deals, and the introduction of luxury developments to major sports consortiums. She has worked directly with the board of Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea FC, FC Barcelona, PSG and AS Roma and continues to represent by mandate, high-level interests across the sports and investment landscape.

A dual citizen of the United Kingdom and the Eastern Caribbean, Claudia is closely connected across the region both personally and professionally. As a property investor with deep family roots across several islands, she has an authentic understanding of the Caribbean lifestyle and investment landscape, an advantage for her clients seeking a foothold in the region. Claudia has also just become Head of the Nest Seekers International new Antigua & Barbuda office.

Claudia’s professional journey, now reflecting in her role as Managing Director of the Private Client Group, has included a high-profile career across the following areas:

• Marketing Director - part of the founding team of a now £3billion tech company, SoftCat PLC. Also Editor of the Original Catalogue (Software Catalogue was renamed SoftCat in '95). Our Catalogue was used to launch the company from original boxed product to the first software multi user licences offered in the UK. Claudia was personally responsible for bringing in SoftCat's first £1million in advertising revenue back in 1996.

• TV presenter - 17 years and 7000 hours of live unscripted TV hosting as one of the main presenters of the world's leading digital retailers QVC. Hosting shows with guests such as Joan Rivers, George Foreman, Lulu, Paul McKenna, Bobbi Brown. In this time, Claudia also designed an eponymous gold and diamond ring which QVC called 'Claudia's Ring' - it became the fastest selling item on QVC’s Gold Day and became the catalyst to launch her own jewellery line that sold to TKMaxx.

• Luxury Brand Design & Development - experience through setting up and designing her jewellery & lifestyle brand. Successfully sold to TK Maxx and HomeSense (UK and Europe).

• Senior ‘Headhunter’ for Microsoft, Apple, Intel and Symantec during the early stages of their UK launch & expansions. Part of the original team for the launch of Windows 3.1 in April of 1992 (Claudia headhunted from Oracle for their relational and enterprise experience) run then by MicrosoftManagingDirectorDavid Svendson. She recruited the first UK sales and marketing teams who's focus was to drive Microsofts need to boost their SQL Server capabilities at a pivotal time in the company's history. Also involved in the development and expansion of departments as early as when Symantec was known as European Software Publishing (ESP) run by CEO Michael Skok.

These roles in Corporate IT, Media and Elite Sport over the past 30 years have equipped her with a strong, well-developed, and actively engaged network, along with a broad skill set at C-Level to locate, negotiate, and service the most complex client acquisitions.
