His leadership roles involved overseeing high-performing teams, managing multi-million-dollar operations, and curating exceptional experiences for discerning clientele.

Complementing his service expertise is a strong technical foundation. Erez began his career as an Electrical Engineer with the Israel Electric Corporation, where he contributed to national energy management projects and smart grid innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
