A hands-on property owner in Manhattan and Brooklyn, Erin has firsthand experience managing rental properties and overseeing renovation and improvement projects. This practical ownership perspective allows her to identify value, evaluate upside, and anticipate risk—making her a strong advocate for both end users and long-term investors.

In addition to real estate, Erin works in finance with experience across traditional equity markets and crypto. Her background in algorithmic trading and market analysis informs a disciplined, data-driven approach to pricing, timing, and risk assessment, particularly in fast-moving or complex transactions.

Originally from Iowa, Erin lived in Kansas City before relocating to New York City. She is an Air Force veteran and holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Missouri–Kansas City. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and classic films.
