Executive Director – UK & Global Markets

With two decades of operational & management experience and approaching a decade at Nest Seekers International, I oversee operations and expansion across 70+ global locations, with a focus on systems, market expansion, new market entry, and support for over 2,000 real estate professionals across North America, the United Kingdom, the Caribbean, Canada, Mexico, the UAE, and Europe. I also manage operations and initiatives for key divisions at Nest Seekers, including Nest Media, Nest Yachts, and Nest Collections.

My role encompasses leadership in recruitment, training and development, cross-cultural team management, process optimisation, departmental functions and corporate and financial compliance, with a particular focus on scaling the UK market and expanding Nest Seekers’ global footprint. I work closely with senior stakeholders and teams to strengthen operational infrastructure and drive sustainable growth.

Previously, I held senior roles in the academic and hospitality sectors, managing human resources functions, coordinating high-level international events and conferences, and engaging with stakeholders and government bodies in the public sector, including The National University of Ireland Galway and UNESCO.

My qualifications include an MBA (First Class Honours), a Bachelor of Business Hons. in Business Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management. I am CIPD-certified (level 7) in Human Resource Management and I am currently undertaking professional accreditation with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), UK.
