Jean Baptiste Cervesi

Born and raised between Paris’s 5th and 6th arrondissements, Jean-Baptiste Cervesi now works in the very neighborhoods where he grew up, an area he knows intimately and serves with deep-rooted expertise.

He holds a law degree from Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), as well as a Master’s degree (M1) in General Private Law. He joined De Ferla Immobilier in 2013 and became a partner-director of the group in 2015.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the Paris real estate market, he currently oversees three De Ferla agencies located in the 5th and 6th arrondissements. As a partner, he also leads the group’s rental management, property management, and commercial and corporate real estate divisions.

His legal background, combined with extensive field experience, enables him to bring a highly technical and rigorous approach to complex real estate transactions. He is particularly skilled in addressing the legal and structural dimensions of each project, ensuring secure and well-structured operations.

He relies on a strong and established network of industry professionals, including property companies, investors, brokers, developers, notaries, specialized lawyers, and court-appointed receivers, with whom he collaborates daily to support and secure his clients’ real estate projects.
