As a real estate professional and customer advocate, I am committed to helping my customers with their real estate needs and making successful deals happen. I strive for full transparency in all dealings, and I understand the fiduciary responsibility that I have to my customers. My core competencies include relationship building, account management, transparency and open communication, lead generation, follow through, and negotiation skills.
I began my real estate journey in 2019 when I founded Apple Ridge Property Solutions LLC to focus on opportunities for development and investment in real estate. After completing the Fortune Builders Mastery Program in 2019 I began investing in real estate opportunities by moving funds from my 401(k) to my Solo 401(k). I became a licensed real estate salesperson and Realtor® in 2020. I joined Nest Seekers in January of 2025 and I employ the Buffini Referral Maker CRM system as my marketing engine and CRM system to support my business.
My other professional experience includes over 25 years of solution selling experience in enterprise software helping customers address their most complex business and technology challenges. During that time I developed the skills necessary for solution selling at companies like Xerox, FileNet, IBM, and HP Software where I learned how to make customer satisfaction my top priority. Over the years I have achieved several President's Club sales awards and was a consistent top performer.
My formal education includes a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of New Hampshire in Durham NH, where I graduated Cum Laude, and an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley MA where I graduated with Distinction and a GPA of 3.5 / 4.0. I attended high school at St. John's Prep in Danvers MA where I learned the Xaverian values of Trust, Humility, Compassion, Simplicity, and Zeal that I employ today in all of my personal and professional dealings.
