Joe Curry

Joe Curry is originally from Virginia, and has lived in New York City for over twelve years. Joe holds a Master's of Public Administration focused in Urban and Regional Planning/ Economic Development from Old Dominion University in Virginia. In addition, his entrepreneurial spirit and ability to negotiate has set him apart in the Manhattan, Brooklyn, and The Hamptons markets. So far Joe has accomplished over $40 million dollars in real estate sales.

Prior to joining Nest Seekers International with The Mansilla Team in the fourth quarter of 2018, Joe was a real estate salesperson at Compass for several years. He's also worked with private equity firms and financial services firms including Blackstone, Fortress, Balyasny, Warburg Pincus, and Mercury Capital Advisors. Working in a range of sales and back office positions has made him an expert on the tangible real estate investment markets in the private equity sector. Joe is passionate about real estate as well as his body and mental health. He participates in Barry's Bootcamp and spends a lot of time in The Hampton’s during the summer season, where he usually shows his clients around.
