My name is Joe Granieri, I’m a real estate advisor and team leader with Nest Seekers International, specializing in luxury homes, new construction, and strategic investment properties across Long Island, New York City, and The Hamptons. Supported by Nest Seekers’ global platform, I represent clients not only locally but also in key markets across the U.S. and abroad—leveraging elevated marketing, a worldwide network, and a data-driven approach to maximize exposure and results.

While I work extensively in the luxury and development space, I also value helping everyday buyers and sellers make confident, informed decisions at any price point. Beyond brokerage, I’m an investor with a growing rental portfolio and hands-on experience in flips, renovations, and new-construction projects. I collaborate directly with builders and developers on acquisition, design strategy, valuation, and exit planning. After joining Nest Seekers in 2024, I was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2025 and have since built a growing team focused on high-end listings, development advisory, and investment acquisitions.
