Juan Noguera

With more than 25 years of experience and a hundreds of operations in the real estate industry, Juan Noguera has worked both in Spain and internationally.

With studies in Business Administration, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management from EADA Business School, ​​Sales Program from IESE Business School (Universidad de Navarra – Harvard University) and a Master’s Degree in Management and Administration of Developers and Real Estate Companies from the University of Barcelona, ​​his beginnings were in a prestigious real estate agency in Barcelona with responsibility for the sale of new developments, luxury properties and assets to the investment market.

Later he worked as Business Expansion Manager for a developer, being responsible for the purchase of assets, plots and buildings for their future real estate projects.

Optimistic, tenacious, persevering and proactive Juan Noguera is focused on solving “win-win” operations absolutely profitable for all parties and based on work ethics.

Founder and partner of several companies, he is currently focused on the sale of assets to developers, investors and family offices.
