Katerina Yeffet

Katerina has been a Hudson County resident for 16 years with most of her years spent between
Jersey City and Bayonne while commuting to NYC. Her unique knowledge of neighborhoods gives her 
an ability to take a personalized approach to finding new homes.

Katerina holds three Masters in Law from Pace Law School and Moscow State Academy of Law. With
her extensive experience in legal research on diverse topics, she is an expert in preparing
complex documentation, enhancing her ability to cater to her client’s needs.

Her artistic background in art and furniture restoration provides clients with sophisticated
attention to detail and recognition of value in interior work.

When she isn’t helping her clients, she spends her time with her wonderful teenage son and
daughter, doberman Ruby and toy poodle Montgomery.
