Kevin Yazell
Kevin has been a successful entrepreneur since 1991, honing sharp business acumen along with exceptional sales and relationship-building skills. His professional journey began with the ownership of several record stores, followed by a successful career as a real estate broker in Louisville, Kentucky from 2006 to 2010.
Always passionate about real estate, Kevin immersed himself fully in the New York City market upon relocating, bringing both curiosity and discipline to understanding its complexity. He is proud to be affiliated with Nest Seekers International, one of the city’s premier brokerage firms.
In parallel with his real estate career, Kevin founded Citiview Publications in 2010, a hospitality and travel media company producing luxury hardcover books placed in guest rooms of high-end hotels. These publications highlighted top retail, dining, cultural institutions, and entertainment for discerning travelers, and were supported by a robust digital media platform featuring video, editorial, and reviews. Citiview titles were published in New York (appearing in more than 80 Manhattan hotels)as well as four other major U.S. cities, significantly deepening Kevin’s insight into New York City’s neighborhoods, lifestyle patterns, and market dynamics.
Kevin draws on decades of entrepreneurial experience, an extensive professional network, and a comprehensive, city-wide understanding of New York real estate to help clients make confident, informed decisions. He is known for his integrity, dedication, and credibility, earning long-standing client loyalty through a consistent approach of under-promising and over-delivering. He is well-versed in the nuances of co-ops, condos, and other property types, including commercial transactions, and clearly explains the requirements and processes involved.

He lives in Manhattan and is engaged to his best friend and Citiview partner, Sheryl. Together they share five sons. Outside of real estate, Kevin is a lifelong music enthusiast and an avid vinyl record collector.
