Before joining Nest Seekers International, Lawrence was immersed in the world of advertising, specialising in digital marketing. Over 14 years of experience was gained formulating strategic digital marketing strategies for a diverse set of clients within the real estate industry. Clientele verticals ranged from property developers and real estate investors to architect firms and interior designers, spanning a number of locations worldwide including London, Sydney, New York and The Hamptons.

When the opportunity arose to work at Nest Seekers International in The Hamptons it provided a natural transition to apply best in class digital marketing strategies alongside the real estate expertise and knowledge provided by the Nest Seekers International team.

Originally from Belfast, Ireland, Lawrence moved from Sydney, Australia to the East End of Long Island with his wife Christina. This move was to be closer to Christina’s family, East End natives, and to lay down roots preparing for the birth of their first child. Now a family of four home call the East End of Long Island home which provides the perfect mix of lifestyle, food, beaches, and beautiful scenery alongside a welcoming local community.

A focus on data analysis and local market knowledge aligned with a college degree in Economics ensures real estate investors to the Hampton market continuously have their fingers on the pulse of the local market movements pre, during and post transaction.
