Liraz Adam

Liraz began her professional journey in the loan industry, working alongside a loan broker, where she successfully closed secure loans and refinance deals with construction companies such as Treeium. During this time, she also pursued her real estate license. As her interest in real estate grew, she continued working in the lending field with a loan officer at a firm in Woodland Hills, focusing on secure loans for construction companies.

After obtaining her real estate license, Liraz joined a real estate firm where she met her first mentor, who helped guide and shape her early development in the industry. She later transitioned to a full-time role with a development group, serving as an office manager and personal assistant. In that role, she had access to sensitive operations, including email and bank accounts, and helped manage six high-end construction projects, each valued between $3-$4 million, as well as two multi family developments in Tarzana and North Hollywood. Liraz then took on the role of managing a medical construction company, working exclusively with private physicians in Beverly Hills.

Her work involved overseeing commercial construction projects, including the development of private medical clinics. She eventually joined Patrick Michael, a well-established Beverly Hills broker with over 15 years of experience and a boutique firm. Under his guidance, Liraz gained extensive experience in both short-term and long-term luxury home rentals in the high-end market. In parallel, Liraz also closed several successful real estate deals in collaboration with a respected local agent. This a professional relationship evolved into a strong partnership. leading to her joining one of the most prestigious real estate firms in the city.
