Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My grandfather, Manuel J. Abondano Ortiz, and my father, Manuel J. Abondano Gomez, founded one of the first real estate companies in Colombia, and I grew up learning the business alongside them.
Working with my Abuelo and Papá shaped my understanding of the industry and instilled in me the values of integrity, perseverance, and hard work. Over the past several decades, I’ve closely tracked the West Side real estate market, developing a strong instinct for value and opportunity. Paired with my tenacious work ethic and commitment to my clients, this makes me an ideal partner in any real estate journey.
