With professional experience developed across Europe and North America, Marcello Romeo has built a natural affinity for real estate, shaped by his family’s background in the construction industry based in Milan, Italy, alongside a strong foundation in sales and client management.

His professional journey began in direct sales, where he developed discipline, resilience, and consistency by working on the ground in highly competitive environments. This experience served as a true training ground for method and performance, sharpening his ability to work toward clear objectives and concrete results.

Marcello’s career later evolved in North America, particularly in Toronto, where he worked in the import–export of Italian wines, collaborating with high-net-worth clients and developing solid expertise in international commercial relationships, negotiation, and the care of human and commercial relationships.

Now based in Dubai, as part of Nest Seekers International, Marcello supports local and international clients in the selection of residential properties and investment opportunities, with an approach grounded in listening, transparency, and attention to detail, in the belief that a positive attitude, combined with professionalism and respect, can make a real difference in building meaningful professional relationships.
