    With nearly 25 years of experience in the UK property industry, I have built an extensive career spanning property search and acquisition, sales, lettings, and management. Beginning my journey in 2001 as an estate agent in London, I went on to launch my own property acquisition business in 2007, Henry Sterling Property Search, specialising in sourcing and securing prime opportunities for investors and developers.

    Throughout my career, I have worked closely with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and property developers, assisting with the acquisition, structuring, and disposal of residential property and development schemes across London’s prime and emerging markets. My deep understanding of the UK property landscape, coupled with a trusted global network of agents, developers, investors, lawyers, and financial institutions, has been instrumental in delivering successful outcomes on both new-build and redevelopment projects.

    Today, I am Associate Director of Nest Seekers’ New Development Division in the UK and lead The Sterling Team in Mayfair. In these roles, I focus on delivering high-quality, client-focused services tailored to the needs of developers, investors, and end-users. My results-driven approach, market insight, and industry connections enable me to identify opportunities, unlock value, and support clients through every stage of the property cycle - from land and site acquisition through to sales and exit strategies.
